Professional Experience:
 
Dr. Federer Imre graduated in 1975 at the University of Miskolc, petroleum engineer. He is graduated process organisator from 1982. Dr. Federer started his career at the Hungarian Oil Exploration and Drilling Company in 1975. He has 8 years field experience of drilling industry held positions of Drilling Engineer and Chief Engineer for Oil Drilling and Exploration Company in Szolnok and Szeged. His field experience extends to the topics of Well Planning, Drilling Technology, Well Completion, Directional Drilling, Stimulation, Cementing, Mud Technology, Well Control and Blow-out Prevention, Fishing. His teaching experience started at the Petroleum Engineering Department of University of Miskolc in 1983. His teaching assignments include regular graduate and postgraduate courses in Drilling Engineering and Well Control Blowout Preventation used simulator. He is a board member of International Well control Forum and he is the Chairman of IWCF European Regional Branch. His research assignments include a research scholarship at Institut Francais Du Petrole in topics of Two Phase Flows in Horizontal Well (1991). He has extensive experience in consulting an responsible technical manager in drilling related subjects. He is a member of SPE and OMBKE.
